Ingredients
Yield: 2 Servings
- 3 lbs thawed wings and drummettes
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1/2 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp cayenne
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/4 cup bbq sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp sriracha
Directions
1. Start grill and heat to 350F.
2. Mix dry ingredients.
3. Sprinkle chicken with seasoning mix
4. Add wet wood chips to grill. Add chicken, and cover.
5. Cook for 3 hours, keeping temp around 200. Flip chicken very 30 minutes or so, sprinkling with seasoning each time.
6. Whisk together all wet ingredients.
7. Toss wings in sauce and serve.
