Ingredients

Yield: 16 Burgers

  • 4 lbs Ground Beef
  • 1/4 Cup BBQ Sauce
  • 1 tsp Old Bay
  • 1 tsp Rosemary
  • 2 tsp Spike Seasoning
  • 2 tsp Crushed Red Pepper
  • 2 tsp Chili Powder
  • 1 tbsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tbsp Minced Onion
  • 2 tbsp Hot Sauce

Directions

1. Combine all spices in a small bowl

2. Mix ground beef, BBQ sauce, hot sauce, and spice mixture in a large mixing bowl

3. Divide into desired burger weights

4. Roll into a ball and then flatten into a patty shape, putting a small dimple in the center for expansion

5. Freeze unused burgers
