- 2 32oz jars of pickles
- 4 cups wheat flour
- 4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp ground red pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp italian seasoning
- 2 tsp cajun seasoning
- 2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic
- 1 tsp dill weed
- 2 cups buttermilk
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp Worchestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
Directions
1. Whisk together: buttermilk, eggs, worcestershire sauce, soy sauce.
2. In a separate bowl, mix together all dry ingredients (everything except pickles).
3. Drain juice from pickles.
4. Soak pickles (1 jar at a time) in buttermilk slurry.
5. Toss pickles in flour mixture.
6. Fry coated pickles in 375F vegetable oil until they float to the surface.
