Ingredients
Yield: 1 Serving
- 1/4 Cup Popcorn
- 1.5 Tbsp Oil (canola)
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
Directions
1. In a large pot add oil, all spices, and four kernels of corn. Turn heat to medium and cover.
2. When all four kernels have popped, add remaining kernels, cover, remove from heat, and wait 30 seconds.
3. Place pot back on heat, and wait until popping starts.
4. Shift kernels around slowly until popping subsides to more than 3 seconds between pops.
5. Transfer popcorn to a bowl.
6. Place butter in pot and return to heat.
7. Brown the butter and drizzle over popcorn.
8. Add additional salt to taste and toss to mix.
