Pork Tacos

Ingredients

  • 3.5 - 4 lb pork (shoulder, butt roast)
  • 1 medium jar of salsa
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 4 spicy peppers, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp cumin
  • 2 Tbsp sriracha
  • 1 Tbps salt
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 Tbsp adobo seasoning stuff
  • 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar

Directions

1. Sautee onion and peppers in vinegar and olive oil

2. Put everything in the crockpot

3. Cook on low for 6-8 hrs
