- 3.5 - 4 lb pork (shoulder, butt roast)
- 1 medium jar of salsa
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 onion, chopped
- 4 spicy peppers, chopped
- 1 Tbsp cumin
- 2 Tbsp sriracha
- 1 Tbps salt
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 Tbsp adobo seasoning stuff
- 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
Directions
1. Sautee onion and peppers in vinegar and olive oil
2. Put everything in the crockpot
3. Cook on low for 6-8 hrs
