Ingredients
- 1½ cups warm water
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1½ teaspoons salt
- 1 tablespoons Active Dry Yeast
- 3½ - 4½ cups flour
Directions
1. Combine water, honey, salt and yeast. Let sit for 5-10 mins until there is a foam on top. Sift and knead in flour until no longer sticky. Knead in garlic powder, rosemary, and oregano as desired.
2. Put in an oiled bowl and cover with plastic. Let it sit for 20 mins (or longer if desired).
3. While preheating the oven at 400, place on an oiled pan. Cut slits in the top, wipe with olive oil, sprinkle with oregano, and bake for 15-20 min. In the last 5 min, brush with a beaten egg.
