- 1 Chili Pepper
- 1 Tbsp Cooking Oil
- Ingredient 3
- 1 Medium Onion
- 6 Cloves Garlic
- 1/2 Tbsp Ground Cumin
- 1/2 tsp Oregano
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 can red beans
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 can tomato puree
- 1 cup beef broth
Directions
1. Dice onion, garlic, and chili pepper. Add oil to a large pot and brown onions on medium heat. Once onions brown, add garlic and chilis. Sautee for 1 minute.
2. Add diced tomatoes, puree, broth, and all spices to pot. Turn heat to low and simmer for 30 minutes.
3. Brown and drain ground beef.
4. Blend contents of pot until smooth. Combine all remaining items and simmer for an additional 30 minutes.
