- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
- 1 lb boneless chicken breast, cut into medium pieces
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1/4 cup chopped scallions
Directions
1. In a large ziplock, combine flour, salt, pepper. Add chicken; seal, then shake to coat.
2. Coat a large skilled with oil and warm over medium-high heat.
3. Add chicken to skillet and cook until no longer pink.
4. Dissolve sugar into soy sauce and pour over chicken.
5. Add oil , scallions, and sesame seeds.
6. Toss and serve.
