Ingredients
Yield: 4 sandwhiches
- 4 French rolls
- 4 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons Creole seasoning
- 2 pounds jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 cups shredded lettuce
Remoulade sauce:
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon horseradish
- 1 teaspoon pickle relish
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce, squeeze half lime
Directions
1. Step 1: Combine shrimp and seasoning in plastic bag. Let sit and mix up remoulade sauce (all ingredients).
2. Step 2: Put olive oil in pan and sautee shrimp until pink.
3. Step 3: Spread melted butter and garlic on buns and toast in oven. Assemble sandwiches.
