- 2 pounds frozen hash browns
- 1 cup (8 ounces) sour cream
- 1 can (10.5 ounces) cream of chicken soup
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 stick melted butter
- 1 and 1/2 cups (6 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 1/2 cups crushed corn flakes
Directions
1. Mix everything except 1/2 cup corn flakes
2. Put into a 9 x 13 pan and bake at 350 for 1 hour
3. Raise heat to 450 and top with remaining corn flakes. Bake for 15 minutes, until brown.
