Ingredients
Yield: 8 Tortillas
- 500g flour
- 10g Baking Powder
- 10g Salt
- 5 tbsp butter
Directions
1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
2. Add any additional water needed and knead until smooth.
3. Divide into 8 small balls and cover.
4. Heat skillet to medium-high.
5. Flatten each ball and cook on each side until LIGHTLY toasted.
