Ingredients
Yield: 8 Buns
- 500g All-purpose Flour
- 8g Salt
- 2 Tbsp Melted Butter
- 200g Water
- 1 Egg
- 8g Sugar
- 6g Yeast
Directions
1. Combine all ingredients except yeast.
2. Autolyse fir 10-15 minutes
3. Knead in yeast
4. Rest for 5-10 minutes
5. Knead for at least 5 minutes.
6. Let rise for 1 hr
7. Rest, fold, and split into 8 rolls
8. Place on greased pan lined with corn meal
9. Let rise for 1 hour
10. Cut expansion zones in rolls
11. Bake at 425 degrees F for about 15-17 minutes.
